Global Risk is a thriving and expert risk management function supporting HSBC globally with all aspects of risk management. The team actively manages a varied and dynamic range of risk types, including security, fraud, information security, operational, credit, pension, insurance, compliance, regulatory, market, reputation and geopolitical risks. All parts of the Global Risk team use their skills, insight and integrity to handle established threats and those they see emerging, acting to protect and enable HSBC to deliver sustainable growth.

 

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Assistant Manager Portfolio Analytics & Management.

 

Principal Responsibilities


Impact on the Business / Function

 

  • Play an important role to liaise with business and risk team to monitor and track all test programs and risk initiatives

 

Customers / Stakeholders

 

  • To liaise with all stakeholders in related to all product programs and initiatives in order to produce/develop sound MI and dashboard to management.

 

Leadership & Teamwork 

 

  • Build Collaboration
  • Actively support a strong risk management culture in the Business that promotes good analysis, judgement, flexibility and balance between risk and reward.

 

Operational Effectiveness & Control

 

  • Thorough understanding of fundamentals relevant to role.

 

Qualifications

 

Requirements

  •  Preferably a degree holder with 2 to 5 years of work related experience;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
