Role / Position Overview
A position exists for a Production Support Analyst in the Production Level 2 support team within ICG Production Support. The team leads the day-to-day availability of the applications and ensures issues or status updates to business users and technology senior leaders in timely fashion.
You will support both global and regional applications APAC, EMEA &NAM. Expectation is to cover occasional requirements to provide weekend coverage on a rotational basis to support releases cycles, and participate in disaster recovery testing. We will work closely with Level 1 Support, development teams, infra teams and the Citi Private Bank business. You should be technically astute, well organized, and proactive and be comfortable discussing issues with business and technical users at all levels. They also need to possess good multi-tasking skills. This is a hand on role so good technical skills and experience is required.
