We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Assistant Manager Business Development.
Building and sustaining relationships with the Real Estate Agents, Lawyers and Valuers.
Assist in conducting sales and product information presentation to real estate agents, lawyers and valuers on joint business development proposition.
Coordinate all cross sales business activities to assist to meet the Bank’s goals on asset and liability performance target.
Building referral network and systematic calling to scope out opportunity from identified leads.
Management of business development activities from appointment setting to sign up as well as monitoring mortgage referrals volume and closure of leads by mortgage sales team.
Assist in new business cross sell opportunities for Premier, Advance and Payroll acquisitions
The key contact person to expand our mortgage sub-sale market share.
To work closely with the various functions of the bank to source for new mortgage business and to help drive mortgage sales jointly with our Mobile Sales teams.
To actively cross-sell all RBWM products to other function of the bank.
Handling all queries relating to RBWM packages and proposition from all relevant departments.
Proactively work with Mortgage Sales Managers to mutually support acquisition of new businesses and retention of existing Real Estate Agents, Lawyers and Valuers referral portfolios.
Strategies and plan with Senior Mortgage Sales Managers on our sub-sale market mortgage strategies.
To open doors for our Real Estate Agents/Lawyers market to garner more new business for Bank.
Must have a bachelor’s degree preferably a degree in Finance, business or in related fields.
Minimum of 2-5 years working experience in finance or banking services.
Candidate with sales and marketing experience is preferred.
Strong in numerical and communication skill, pleasant attitude and is able to work as a team.
Working knowledge in Excel Spreadsheet and PowerPoint presentation is required.
Basic organisation skills and ability of project management are needed where the role requires the ability to deal and manage multiple stakeholders.
Leadership skills in driving the goals for the year.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Relationship management skills
Prompt response to market environment and competitor offers.
