The role 

The purpose of this role is to coordinate and undertake project activities, within the project and client support functions for Clinical Excellence Queensland.

  • Facilitate and support the use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools across Clinical Excellence Queensland.
  • Provide coordination and support to communities of practice and education sessions, including management of online portals and resources.
  • Undertake assigned projects of the office, meeting required timeframes, within the allocated resources and budget.
  • Prepare and disseminate high quality briefs, reports and project documentation and communications.

 The successful person

  • Ability to plan and coordinate projects and/or programs including monitoring project budgets.
  • Knowledge of project and program methodologies and tools, and client relationship management principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes and manage competing work priorities to meet agreed deadlines and commitments.
  • Proven effective high level written communication skills including the ability to prepare high quality documentation, accurate reports and project communications.
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to consult and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders to form collaborative solutions and implement appropriate strategic responses.
