About the Role
Provide senior leadership to a large team of mental health professionals involved in providing person centred assertive outreach assessment and clinical intervention to homeless consumers residing within the Homeless Health Outreach catchment (5km radius of the GPO).
Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders within and external to the mental health service.
Undertake operational and management responsibilities that support effective communication, provide staff support, and workflow processes.
Provide authoritative counsel to relevant stakeholders on matters falling within area of professional knowledge, expertise and responsibility of the position.
Collaborate with senior management to ensure effective cooperation within and across work unit/s to enhance service delivery, quality outcomes and/or client services.
