We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Confidential Secretary.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • ​Ensure a good flow of communication and excellent secretarial support is provided to the business.

  • Organisation of the daily schedule of the business effectively to ensure the most effective use of time. Ensure all internal and external meeting, calls and appointments requirements are met, scheduled accurately and smoothly

  • Forward planning of travel arrangements which includes schedules, itineraries, flight and hotel booking, visa application, overseas compliance clearance, cross selling forms, preparation of meeting materials or presentation, process all travel requirements to ensure all trips managed accurately. Able to manage within tight deadline

  • Ensuring appropriate approvals are in place for business events or entertainment, register business events and entertainment with compliance within deadlines.

  • Screen incoming calls, fielding calls if appropriate and assisting where possible 
 

Qualifications

 

Requirements

  • ​Degree in a relevant field

  • Considerable experience as a secretary across the asset management space or dealing with senior level individuals
