ESC TPU Program Management Senior Analyst (AVP / C12)-19010296

ESC aims to deliver world-class end to end supply chain operations to Citigroup through Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management, Supplier Risk Management and Supply Chain Operations including purchase processing and payables.


The Third Party Utility (TPU) within ESC’s Control & Governance is responsible for delivering standardized Citi-wide Third Party Management processes.  More specifically the TPU provides operational support, process guidance, and quality assurance and quality control oversight to businesses across Citi, leveraging a central utility infrastructure, standardized processes and operating procedures in order to execute robust risk management activities throughout the third-party management life cycle.


Key Responsibilities: 
  1. Lead design and creation of Senior Management presentations
  2. Support TPU Collaborate sites content development and ongoing maintenance
  3. Support governance of quarterly TPU Oversight Working Group meeting
  4. Support development and execution of TPU’s communications
  5. Oversee Management Reporting responsibilities (e.g., Weekly Executive Summary, Monthly Updates, etc.)
  6. Interpret data and metrics to produce valuable insight to the overall health of third-party relationships, identifying potential risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
  7. Participate in continuous improvement activities
  8. Support Third Party Management governance committees, as required




  • Minimum BS/BA degree. Preferred MA/M.Sc./MBA degree
  • Preferred 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, senior management and stakeholder reporting, and related experience in the financial services industry
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications, with a particular strong command of PowerPoint, SharePoint, multimedia design, and PDF

  • Attention to detail and ability to develop senior management reports and presentations

  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues to management

  • Strong leadership skills with ability to engage and collaborate across geographic locations

  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple deliverables and tasks

  • Ability to solve complex issues and apply an appropriate risk management response

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to present information in a succinct format

  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to exercise sound, timely and independent judgment
