Description
 Responsibilities:
  • Candidates should have 2 - 4 years of experience in Card disputes
  • Review credit card disputes based on documentation/information from customers and rules set by Associations (Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover etc.)
  • Contextual application of business rules that involves judgment
  • Follow clearly established and defined procedures
  • Referring cases for further information if information provided is not sufficient
  • Taking action based on process notes
  • Accounting of financial entries into General Ledger, Tracking of entries ageing beyond predefined standards, Proofing of accounts
  • Balancing NPS and ensuring a positive customer experience while managing/minimizing operating losses
  • Accurate reporting of MIS/Timekeeping
  • Undertake other assignments as given by the Team Lead/Manager
  • Ensuring Information security for sensitive data
Competencies/Skill Set Requirements:
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Experience in making quick, high quality decisions on complex case scenarios
  • Detail orientated
  • Ability to conduct logical investigations
  • Ability to work with concepts and with minimal assistance
  • Ability to work equally well independently and within a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Reads and comprehends written customer inquiries
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools
  • Good key board/typing skills
Preferred Personal Attributes:
  • Highly motivated & self-driven

  • Analytical thinking
Knowledge/Experience:
  • Basic knowledge on Cards Operations would be helpful but not required
  • Basic Accounting knowledge
  • 2-4 year experience in banking operations
  • Shift of operations:
  • US Day/India Night - Rotating shift with work on Saturday/Sundays. 5 day work week
