Role Description:

  • Lead and drive the MME strategy to further develop and grow the CCB MME franchise
  • Lead a team of MME-RMs managing a portfolio of medium-sized enterprises ("MME") to reach sales, assets and liabilities targets set by the bank and also drives new client acquisitions
  • High-level responsibilities included full P&L oversight, staffing, strategic planning, and day-to-day management of the MME portfolio

Overall key responsibilities in relation to monitoring the MME client portfolio from a risk perspective include:

  • Being the first line of Defense/Interface for any adverse news (e.g. on credit, reputation)
  • Working with the remedial unit for stressed account. This would include working on an action plan and keeping a close eye on criticized portfolio to detect red flags and potential double jumps
  • Ensure conduct of business is in compliance with Citi's and all other regulatory policies and procedures

Expected Contribution And Tasks:

    • Develop sales strategies
    • Drive sales results and profitability
    • Build and maintain client relationships
    • Build an effective and productive MME Sales team

Qualifications
 

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years Commercial Banking experience with at least the last 3 years in a managerial capacity
  • Bachelors or Master Degree in Business or any other related discipline or equivalent experience
