About Your Job:

In this role, you will support the fleets and fleet training management as assigned, including but not limited to handling of confidential and sensitive issues related to the fleet training management office and fleet offices requiring a high degree of discretion and follow up and performing a variety of administrative functions related to the offices to ensure smooth functioning.

Specific accountabilities include:

  • Liaising with Qatar Civil Aviation Authority regarding licenses issues
  • Liaising with Boeing, Airbus industries and other training providers regarding training matters
  • Follow up that every stage of the training is monitored and followed up
  • Ensuring that training is accomplished in the most cost-effective manner
  • Complying with regulatory requirements for the purpose of smooth functioning of various training activities
About You:

To be effective in this role, you will need a relevant vocational, tertiary or trade qualification combined with at least four years of job-related experience. You will need to be well conversant with MS packages, proficient in internet, email and AIMS operations.  Strong communication, organizational and planning skills are required.
