Our Trafalgar Ward (SHDU) is a busy, varied and highly rewarding environment to work in. With a committed, wonderfully supportive and experienced team we are in an outstanding position to support any nurse coming into our department by providing them with the support / development they may need.
We are looking to recruit qualified nurses at any stage of their career who are willing to learn, are highly motivated and believe in offering the highest standards of patient care. As of 2019 we are in a fantastic position to be able to offer internal Critical Care rotations between all three of our units.
As part of our ongoing commitment to professional development we are offering a number of apprenticeships in Leadership and Management, Business Services, Finance, Accounting and HR, Clinical Support Work, Nursing Associate and Assistant Practitioner alongside our in-house comprehensive clinical pathways.
