  • With excellent command over both written as well as verbal communication, trainers is expected to deliver online training to clients.
  • A deep understanding of banking systems and product will be necessary here to ensure that they deliver training effectively as well as handle client queries during the session.
  • Not often but trainers are also required to join meetings held for clients and demonstrate our digital channels.
  • Contribute to the change: Trainers will be the first interface between clients and Citi’s digital channels. They are expected to not only look for opportunities in our digital channels to improve but also take first hand feedback from clients on things clients would like us to improve.
  • Work with Product teams to recommend enhancements, involve actively in the pre-production launch.
  • Work closely with Technology team, product teams, vendors, and other internal teams to resolve system issues/defects, bug fixes and address client’s queries
  • Conduct client consulting and introduce best practice to client on Citi e-banking platform

Qualifications
 
  • Experience of delivering product training to corporate clients/groups.
  • Knowledge in Cash (payment, collection) and Trade product
  • Good understanding of new age products like H2H, API, Faster payment and encryption is must.
  • Good client communication skills and ability to work with various functional partners
  • Having client facing experience in the previous roles will be an advantage
  • Team player and able to work independently
