Business Planning Manager APAC and EMEA-19018410 Description The role encompasses Financial Strategy & Planning (S&P), metrics/reporting and ongoing financial management for the Asia & EMEA Regional Consumer Operations organization. The role would include providing insights through MIS and analytics to identify opportunities to further drive efficiency within the Operations function. It would also include liaising with global and other business stakeholders on all financial aspects for the function. Job Purpose: Responsible for capacity planning; budget coordination; capital expense and project spend. This role will ensure oversight on delivering various projects at the unit level across the countries and CSCs that will result in productivity improvement and automation. In addition; this role will manage the financials for the business. Key Responsibilities:
Support of Regional Consumer Operations Head for all key projects and deliverables.
Manages the annual planning cycle, collaborating with Finance and Regional / Global Head.
Drives improvements to the organization's resource strategy
Analyzes and interprets data to develop recommendations and prepare executive level presentations and reports for senior leaders
Operating and Reporting Deliverables - Facilitate coordination and production of monthly financial review decks, and other planning/governance related reporting deliverables.
Manage FTE targets and related projects for execution.
Proactively identify areas of process improvement that will reduce rework and provide cost savings.
Help develop the Strategic plan for productivity improvement, automation process with the Regional / Country functions.
Support special project and assignment.
Departmental coordination for budgeting and forecasting
Design and update OP&P/lsok
Experience in a call centre / contact centre environment is preferred
Strong relationship building skills
Demonstrated analytical skills
Aptitude to work independently as well as with a team with minimal direction in a fast-paced, changing environment Excellent prioritization skills a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with management and employees across business units
Quality control and process improvement related work experience.
Good skill on problem resolution

Communication and project management skill proficiency
BA or above, Master degree preferred
