Digital Product Manager – Wealth & Retail-19020591 Description Job Purpose:
Manage the delivery of digital capabilities around wealth and retail banking which enhance the digital propositions for our customers, delivering market leading solutions that have a positive impact on business performance and satisfaction
Champion the Digital aspect of Digital product, ensure strong business governance over all Digital channels (online, mobile and WeChat) covering customer experience, education and satisfaction.
Manage the digitization and innovation on retail banking product to ensure a better customer journey and wider product and service coverage on digital channels.
Build partnership with external market players and establish business model to help customer base and portfolio growth to make the banking service more accessible
Ensure that key stakeholders are engaged to understand their priorities, design needs / approach and ensure collaboration in prioritising the China requirements
Produce the overall project requirements with all stakeholders and customer journey demand process
Delivery of retail banking digitization initiatives and manage digital projects / programs, ensuring delivery to timelines.
Track the performance of responsible digital products and identify improvement opportunities related to customer experience, effectiveness and efficiency and digital transformation at a larger scale.
Drive continuous improvement opportunities across the channels and engage with Customer Experience team to maintain competitor and benchmarking
