Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing, collaborating with Business and  Other Technology Team
  • Independently handle Stakeholders
  • Provide best in class Business Analysis on ETD clearing technology projects
  • Define the business problem and primary objectives of new projects.
  • Identify and validate the key business requirements.
  • Liaise with Quality Assurance Testers to ensure functionality meets expectations
  • Provide UAT/Testing Support
  • Perform post release checkouts
  • Create documents for support for post-production support
  • Contribute ideas on System and process to ensure the team is productive and successful
  • Perform level 3 (Functional analysis) support
  • Identifies/implements process improvements.


  • 7+ years’ experience in Business analysis and Functional testing.
  • Solid background on Futures Business and Investment Banking
  • Ensures essential procedures are followed and helps to define operating standards and processes.
  • Strong oral/written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions
  • Quickly grasp/master new requirements and related knowledge
  • Manage tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Unix Skill to Debug issues and provide functional support.
