Responsibilities/Duties:

Alberta Health Services, Department of Medicine, in conjunction with the University of Calgary invites applications for a full-time clinical dermatologist.

95% clinical service in all areas of dermatology, with expertise in complex medical dermatology and immunodermatology. Participates in rotating, weekly, city-wide on-call service.

5% education in the Division of Dermatology and Department of Medicine (Fellowship and Resident Training), the Cumming School of Medicine (Undergraduate Medical Education) and Continuing Medical Education.

Be an integral part of the Dermatology team in Calgary, utilizing strong collaborative skills to support and contribute to the overall clinical, research and education mission of the Section.

Qualifications:

Qualifications include:

  • MD, FRCPC (Dermatology)
  • Minimum 1 year specialized training (fellowship) in complex medical dermatology or immunodermatology
  • Eligibility for licensure in the province of Alberta
  • Established reputable excellence in clinical care and teaching of medical students and residents
  • Must read, write and speak English
