The role involves processing of corporate and card setups for commercial card clients and supporting the repayment and settlement of the card transactions.
The primary functions performed are BAU setups and maintenances as well as repayments and settlements and associated services.
The process is time sensitive and bound by SLA that must be achieved in order to meet client expectation and future business prospect.
The role demands a high level of diligence, motivation and organizational skills. You will focus on timely and accurate delivery, as well as delivering superior customer services and resolving customer issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Good interpersonal communication skills. Able to communicate with Internal and External Business Partners
Strong verbal and written communication skills – English & Chinese Language.
Strong execution skills in a multi tasking mode
Energetic and be able to work under pressure
Excellent numerical skills
Have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork
Exposure to technology and handling of system, testing and rollouts is an advantage
Ability to achieve business objectives without compromising on controls and risk parameters established
Should be open to working overtime/staggered hour/shift/weekend and on public holidays if required
