About Your Job:

In this role, you will work with the Line Manager and CRM team to conceptualise, document and implement processes required to ensure a customer focused operation of the Customer Engagement unit. Also work closely with customer facing departments and other service delivery units to identify business objectives, processes improvements for respective CRM requirements across the entire customer journey. Processes need to be regularly evaluated and continuously improved for service quality with the aim to deliver a 5-star customer experience. Working alongside the Line Manager and first level support personnel for the Customer Engagement system(s) users with regards to general usage issues, system improvements & administration.

Furthermore, you will work with Line Manager for setting up company-wide processes and establish an integrated CRM platform to ensure system(s) usage. Ensure integration between various operational systems are established to capture the entire customer engagement history centrally.

About You:

You must have Relevant College or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 6 years of relevant experience. Prior experience working with Customer Information Management/ Customer Relationship Management Technology/ Omni Channel Customer Engagement Platform is required. You must be expert understanding of the CRM functions and the resulting impacts on system and procedural requirements.

The successful candidate must have solid skills in creating reports, presentations, project management and proven skills for business analysis and process reverse engineering skills in Travel/Hospitality Industry.
