We are looking for an strategic leader for the Associate Product Manager role who will be part of a newly formed product team whose mission is to enable continuous integration across our global platforms, driving unprecedented transformation and velocity for delivering extraordinary products to our customers. Arena’s product team core attributes: •Product Evangelism: change catalysts who build tangible excitement around the transformation to continuous integration at scale and its associated benefits to developer and customer experience; •Product Management: builders of an innovative product vision, backlog and their tangible business outcomes aligned to our company’s vision; •Engineering Excellence: dedicated engineering & product management teams collaborating to accelerate Arena adoption while solving primary challenges impeding efficiency; •Best in class continuous testing technology: experimentation and adoption of breakthrough technology for enabling integration of test environments, test data management and models, high availability support model / utilities & E2E testing processes. Key Responsibilities •You will lead the backlog grooming efforts to meet the definition of ready and also work with the our team to implement it •Maintain the product backlog and ensure user stories are aligned to underlying product outcomes •You will work with Business Management/Strategy/Marketing partners, to develop product launch communications for internal and external partners •Support the Product Manager(s) to ensure in the identification of roadblocks, and devise solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment •You will lead retrospectives to ensure lessons learned are carried forward in subsequent development activities •Support Product Manager with market research and generation of insights to be incorporated into the product design •You will facilitate cross-functional collaboration with design, analytics, engagement, project management, and engineering •Utilize relevant reporting tools to report on and analyze successes aimed at understanding and optimizing the product •You will use your analytical abilities and strategic perspective to identify trends & recommend solutions that will help improve user experience •Work closely with communications team and facilitate resolution of risks, issues, and changes tied to the backlog
