The Field Marketing & Training Manager Canada will be responsible for supporting Sales and Account Development productivity and success by: • Develop & deliver against engaging strategies that drives adoption and reinforcement by leveraging all distribution channels. •Lead GFE go to market strategy for Canada • Foster tenured, leadership, and New Hires learner engagement and training to drive NPS target. • Provide timely, relevant, and strategic marketing to colleagues to drive relevant Opportunity closure ratio. • Maximize field productivity be engaging and consulting with regional/segment level business partners to deliver the right content at the right time • Partnering with subject matter experts to develop communication strategy. • Developing world class communication contents and resources. • Supporting training executions and facilitation, field tools/Salesforce adoption initiatives within the region.
•Manage and deliver training content and communication strategy for tenured business advisors and new hires. Qualifications
• Previous working experience in Field Marketing for 5 years at least. • Experience working in an agile and waterfall design environment. • Ability to work in a team environment to design, develop and build holistic communication strategies. • Growth mindset and innovative thinking to develop differentiated strategies to support the field. • Demonstrate thought leadership and the ability to drive innovation . • Knowledge of a Sales and Account Development organization • Outstanding communications skills, a strong ability to take a varied audience ‘on a journey’ and stakeholder management • Superior attention to detail• Enthusiastic, fun, flexible and demonstrates a willingness to learn
