You will act as a single point of contact in performing a centralized function to report faults, incidents and janitorial issues associated with locations, assets and systems within HIA's area of responsibility. You will log faults into - Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Other accountabilities include but not limited to below:
You must have at least minimum 2 years of experience working in a Call Centre environment (receiving and recording calls) High School Education or a relevant Technical Certificate in Engineering / Computer Studies or Office Skills from a recognized institution. You should have good telephonic communication skills. Familiarity with any CMMS software preferred.Note: you will be required to attach the following:
