Function background/context:

TTS' innovative solutions help clients streamline and automate processes, mitigate risk and expand their reach
  • Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) Account Services Technology covers and owns the set of processes that result in the opening and maintenance of accounts  
Job Purpose: The Account Services is seeking a technical project manager who can learn extremely quickly, take ownership of projects, and work with multiple teams to effectively manage the software delivery. The successful candidate right mix of project management experience combined with a technical background, while having an innate curiosity and hunger to learn. We seek someone who wants to continue to learn while working with an amazing group of developers in a great environment. The ability to work in a high pressured environment with multiple concurrent programs while meeting delivery timelines with a high degree of client satisfaction and quality is essential. Key Responsibilities:
  • As a Technology Project Manager, drive the development and delivery of technical products and solutions for Account Services Technology
  • Drive all phases of the program lifecycle from inception through implementation while ensuring that business objectives are delivered with high quality and within targeted timeframes
  • Coordinate with product, business, technical, and other stakeholders to prioritize, plan, and execute development schedules in-line with product development initiatives and regulatory needs
  • Create, manage and track team velocity, financials, and other KPIs in relation to the project/program and its plan
  • Excellent organizational skills to juggle competing demands and to ensure development and implementation of proper systems and processes in an agile environment
  • Hold responsibility over technology program budget, monitoring cost variances, and forecasting and allocating program costs
  • Highly independent, motivated and able to support multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and “get it done” attitude. Be a decision maker, not a follower
  • Excellent judgment and creative analytical / problem solving skills, including strong communication skills

Qualifications
 Person Specification Qualifications and Competencies 
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of ten years of software development experience, with at least six years of technical project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile development, application design, software development, and testing
  • Previous people-leadership experience is required
  • Proven ability to deliver complex software features iteratively and reliably
  • Strong understanding of iterative development processes, including quality and testing practices
  • Possess a high degree of technical savvy, with a keen ability to learn new technology quickly and easily
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions consistent with organizational goals, policies and procedures
  • Sound judgment and ability to take decisive action without all desired information
  • Adaptive communication, Collaboration & Teamwork
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
