Role Outline/Job Summary


The Sky RMs primary KRA will be sales (LI, Investments, Fx & GI). This will be achieved through systematic reach out plan on a set of mapped customers. The RMs will also own the customers from a service query resolution perspective. The RMs will have a monthly Goal on revenue and number of policies being sold. All sales need to be as per the defined sales process of Citibank and adhere to the control and compliance guidelines set by the regulator.

Role and Responsibilities: 


Business/Objectives: To Reach out to mapped customers to asses and solicit sales .To meet and overachieve goals as set by the organization.

  • Customer contact and reach out
  • Business goals delivery
  • Compliant sales
  • Service query management and resolution
  • Satisfactory client interface as per Citibank standards

 Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Effective client base coverage across the mapped base
  • Delivering on Insurance (life and Non-Life), Investment sales through tele-calling and relationship management
  • Coordinate and track appointments to closure by partnering with key stake holders
  • Building relationship with customers
  • Query resolution
  • Product and compliance certification.

Individual Contributor (IC)/Managerial: Individual Contributor

 Key Deliverables:
  • Meeting the business plan for the year
  • Compliance and controls
  • Client ownership from sales and service perspective 
Percentage of Travel: No Relocation: NO (no here would mean that business would not consider outstation candidate)
