We are looking for an experienced leader to operate shared services and sector technical lead practices that would include build and Operation for GCB’s Cloud Development Platforms, Tools and Shared Utility services, ensuring that the SLAs are aligned to business expectations. These platforms include PCF, Distributed Cache, Containers, etc. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating improving and implementing existing and new processes and driving innovation in a large financial organization. There will be direct responsibility of managing employees as well as contracted resources via third party vendors. Experience in a matrixed environment and leading support teams is required. Experience in leading or managing horizontal cross matrixed IT service portfolios is essential. As part of determining best solution for building and managing cloud platform services, relevant products & services available in the market will need to be assessed on an ongoing basis to determine Citi's best-inbreed Development platforms & tools, and internal stakeholders will need to be provided detailed rationalization for chosen solution matrix.
Key Responsibilities related to Cloud Platform Lead:
Manage via performance and service KPIs and metrics
Oversight of Dell managed services relationship to ensure adherence to requisite SLAs & business expectations for the PCF platform
Build and operate GCB-specific shared utility platforms as a platform operation team, working with the regional tenant operations teams
Will be the go-to person for all cloud services issues, resolutions and remediation
Provide Global Leadership & Oversight for the Sector Technical Lead function

BS Degree in engineering, science, mathematics, information systems or computer science; or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
At least 7 years of experience in managing shared services teams/organizations in a fast paced environment
At least 7 years of experience in enterprise level IT projects Cloud based technologies (PaaS, IaaS, Cloud Infrastructure Services)
Experience in quality service management via metrics and KPIs
Experience in formulating, managing and improving SLAs
Experience with issues facing large scale server environments
Experience working with additional virtualization technologies, VMware is preferred
Understanding of cloud application design principles such as 12 factor apps
Broad knowledge in systems monitoring, alerting and analytics (AppDynamics, Logstash, Splunk, etc.)
Demonstrable shared services management experience
Experience managing or leading in IaaS/PaaS environments
Experience managing development and production environments especially in a financial industry
Experience in collaboration and facilitation in a complex and global cross matrixed environment
Identify and remediate SPOF in support services
Demonstrable experience process improvements and operations stability improvements
Certification in cloud technologies
Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry or AWS or Docker/Kubernetes
Automation, Orchestration, CI/CD, Development or DevOps background is desired
