Description
 
  • Proactively manage and expand and retain client relationships by maximizing sales opportunities and ensuring a steady growth rate for the ECM base
  • Spend Expansion by targeting companies’ other card-able spend
  • Ensure all client queries and complaints are managed in accordance with pre-defined SLAs
  • Ensure compliance in all internal and external dealings with customers 
  • Close monitoring the Early Warning Trigger for obligors with credit limit >= RM 1 million such as Litigation suit , Bankruptcy, Winding up, key changes in business structure, delinquency trend & recommend risk mitigation initiatives
  • Perform annual reviews from time to time on account with credit limit > RM 1 million to assess the continued creditworthiness and business operations in adherence to RAC requirements
  • Monitor & escalate of any accounts that with internal/external adverse record
  • To advise & manage clients’ requests in terms of PICL, Board Resolution, business structure related change
  • Assist with the expansion of the existing Value Chain business (inclusive of the Insurance partners and covering the Citi Business Platinum(Sole Prop) and Citi Business Gold product types)
  • Assist with new card applications for the existing Value Chain partners/agents on Citi Business Gold (Corporate Underwriting)
  • To assist in handling all carding and distributor/agents queries on Value Chain 
  • Reporting and analysis of existing Value Chain programs to identify pockets of spend for expansion

Qualifications
 
  • Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably from a financial services institution, MNCs or credit card industry
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience in the financial services industry
  • An extrovert with a growth mindset
  • Creative, proactive, and self-monitor
  • Strong relationship management and sales prospecting skills (influencing, advisory and acquisition)
  • Strong organizational time management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to partner and influence
  • Ability to work independently
