Designation: Software Engineer
Hands on testing experience in SAP PA, OM and Payroll (SF ECPY along with P2P replication). Certifications (like SAP - HCM, HRM, Payroll) would be added advantage
Should have experience on wage type testing, Payroll calculation, off cycle payroll, Pay slip validation.
Should have knowledge of payroll processing, log and validations, postings activities.
Should have knowledge on SAP infotypes, screens, t.codes, tables and process flow, should have worked on ECC 6.0 Version.
It would be good to have knowledge of HR processes e.g. Employee Central in Success Factors
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Testing life cycle (STLC).
Should have experience in developing Test Cases, Test Case Execution, Defect Management.
Should have working experience on Quality Centre/ Jira or any other test management tool
Gathering and analyzing user requirements and translating them into system test case scenarios.
Work with other testing groups within the organization for the integration, pairwise and operation readiness testing.
Support System Acceptance Testing & System Integration Tests ,Regression Testing
Developing corrective actions to help resolve bugs
Identify data requirements
Execute test cases
Retest and close/reopen defects
Contribute in status reporting to test lead/manager
Knowledge of HR processes
Knowledge of Payroll Processing
Educated to degree level (preferred - or alternatively considerably greater experience to support an analytical ability)
