The role: 

To be successful in this role you will be exceptionally organised as you will manage all administrative aspects of the office by providing service to meetings, seminars and conferences, events travel arrangements and appointments.

Furthermore, you will have excellent customer service skills by communicating effectively, negotiating, advising and working collaboratively with others to reach decisions.

 Are you right for this role?

As you will be the main support for the South West Digital Partnership Team, you will demonstrate the following key capabilities:

  • Ability to deliver high quality administrative support, with emphasis on coordinating multiple tasks and working unsupervised.
  • Knowledge of policies and practices relating to finance, human resources and records management.
  • Experience in the use of computers and software packages (eg. MS Office, electronic mail).
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work in individual or team situations and communicate clear explanations.
  • Experience in solving problems and implementing solutions within a set timeframe.

It would be highly desirable if you held an open ‘C' class driver's licence

About Customer Services Branch - eHealth Queensland:

The Customer Services Branch is accountable for customer service excellence delivered on behalf of eHealth Queensland to its customers including the 16 Hospital and Health Services and the Department of Health – representing more than 70,000 employees. The Customer Services Branch provides level 1 to 3 support across a highly diverse and complex range of ICT services throughout the entire state of Queensland. The branch is also responsible for ensuring effective end-to-end service management processes, governance and frameworks are embedded, as well as the customer relationship management function for the organisation.
