This role is part of the data & analytics group in Global Consumer Bank Regional Office and is a regional role with coverage for the APAC/EMEA region.
With client obsession as focus, this data & analytics lead will focus on ensuring technology & digital teams have a strong data partner to drive data driven personalization discussions across all channels. The lead will act as a bridge between modelling, technology & regional digital to groom, rollout offer personalization techniques on M63, emails (salesforce emails, push personalization), Citibank Online, eStatement inserts, ATM etc. and designing features that support such personalization. The role will drive the Next Best Offer (NBO) implementation considerations across channels when designing data driven experiences on the app, websites etc. Be a key partner is design of D.A.M / Drupal rollout in Citi.
Collaborate with team members and execs to conceive personalization campaign ideas
Shape the data driven personalization strategy for the cards & retail businesses working in close consultation with customer experience, marketing teams, digital and technology teams.
Plan, implement and monitor rollout of personalization campaigns across channels and help the campaign analytics/tracking leads to show impact of personalization
Focus on all channels – digital and analogue to identify what capabilities need to be built/enhanced/adopted to make data driven personalization work on the channel.
Ensure upcoming Mobile, CBOL, eStatement, Adobe roadmaps are suitably designed to bake in big data recommendation consideration – how will the content rendering work using data, what will be the next best offer experience, what types of data capture is critical to understand customer behavior and campaign performance
Work closely with digital and tech to enable the rollout of a D.A.M solution and design capabilities to programmatically retrieve media assets based on data decisions to drive personalization.
