Reporting to the Regional CitiPhone Head, this role is responsible for setting up the Program Management Office. The incumbent will help drive regional projects across CitiPhone, meet regional and global reporting requirements and provide a range of management support to Regional CitiPhone Head.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building a Program Management infrastructure (process, network, system tools) to allow for robust tracking and management of Regional CitiPhone ops strategies and initiatives
  • Be the focal point & lead for all project management activities driven through the region in terms of conceptualizing, planning, monitoring and implementing, jointly with Regional staff and in country teams in line with the Asia CitiPhone Operations Roadmap
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of periodic reporting of project status and engaging with global owners on the same. Participate in all associated regional and country forums and present the same
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of the periodic CitiPhone operations reporting requirements by coordinating & leveraging production support from Finance and line managers
  • Partnering with line mangers’ office and Finance to assist in monthly financials and budgetary process
  • Drive and monitor re-engineering saves. Continuously monitor the progress and achievement of  actions by countries and ensure achievement of overall Asia target
  • Drive Expense and head count management for Asia CitiPhone and monitor the risks & opportunities for all forecasts
  • Always Teach Digital: Primary objective of this project is to digitize digitally off-loadable transactions.
  • Partner with countries to focus on the right strategy to increase digital uptake in all markets. Work with Digital banking and Decision management team to implement targeted deep linking ATDs and map the CitiPhone call reasons and measure offload success

  • Work with Regional digital banking team on various digital servicing enhancements

  • Ensure all key metrics are reported with accuracy and consistency with in time lines

  • Education : Bachelor's Degree
  • Bilingual (English)
  • Excellent oral and written communications
  • Strong financial and/or analytical skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal/relationship, multi-tasking and follow through skills
  • Proven relationship management skills with ability to influence others and foster a sense of collaboration and urgency
  • Displays strong initiative
  • Strong organizational skills
  • 5 - 7 years experience in Consumer Operations preferred
  • Accountability and quality driven
