GCG Digital Loans Product Manager-19028018
- Provide information on services offered by Citibank Merchant Business to enhance customer relationships
- Identify and respond to Merchant’s queries and take it to resolution
- Ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to Merchant
- Coordinate with internal Merchant units on Merchants requests such as reports, terminal setup requests, adhoc requirements, payment enquiries, transaction queries etc.
Operations functions include but not limited to:
- Perform updates, reviews and cleansing of data entries
- Support document collection from merchants such as maintenance of KYC, bank account details, iMerchants setup, terminal requirements, adhoc requests, etc.
- Review Report for dropped transactions and coordinate responses from merchants on Fraud Alerts, compliance, etc.
Compliance and Controls:
- Reviews reports
- Performs regular self-assessment on compliance and ensures proper documentation and to be ready for audit at all times
- Complies with Citibank policies and procedures to ensure safeguard of Citibank's and customers’ asset
- Previous experience in a call center or with relevant working experience would be an added advantage
- Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and one other spoken language
- High-level of listening and comprehension skills
- Able to probe for required information from customer
- Strong in customer service skills
- A team player with commitment and initiative, service-oriented, able to work under pressure, matured, motivated, meticulous, analytical and able to multitask
