Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years proven customer service experience

  • Ability to consult, analyze and assess client needs by carrying out systematic and rational analysis to identify the root cause(s) of problems. Makes informed judgments. Anticipates and prevents recurring problems.
  • Commitment to Card Member satisfaction and service excellence are a top priority
  • Flexibility to work shifts varying shifts between 8am and 8pm, Monday – Friday and Saturday 10am-6pm
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
  Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm Rotational Saturdays – 10am-6pm
