You will be assigned to a telemarketing sales team as permanent employee. This tele-sales team will be responsible contact existing customer base to sell insurance products by leveraging our partnership with AIA
To make outbound call to Citibank credit card customer to cross sell customer need based insurance product using consultative selling technique
Responsible for building the business and deepening customer relationships through execution of an effective telephone process
To follow the sales submission and voice recording process accurately
To register sales and update all relevant information in the application system
To meet KPIs on daily, weekly and monthly basis based on total calls, new leads touched, talk time and total sales achieved
To ensure adherence to Bank’s Compliance and Control policy and processes
Qualifications
Minimum SPM qualification (minimum 5 passes including BM) Preferably degree/diploma
Insurance license Certifications (PCE-Life)
Self-motivated and committed, with a desire to achieve goals and targets
Confident telephone skills
Good closing skills
The ability to work both independently and as a team player
Strong listening skills
Additional languages would be advantageous
