 Job Purpose:
  • Transaction and Cash Management of deals on the Structured Finance team.
  • Implementation of new deals, sourcing, management and retention of new and existing Issuer Services relationships and deals in conjunction with Sales and Banking partners. 
  • Maintenance and development of a strong local risk, control and governance environment. 

Job Background / Context:
Issuer Services, part of ICG’s BCMA division, delivers scaled and bespoke administrative services in support of Debt and Equity Capital Market transactions, Loans and other forms of capital raising / deployment. Issuer Services is a global business with offices located in the U.S., Mexico, Brazil, UK, Ireland, Germany, Dubai, Kenya, Korea, Hong Kong, Italy, India, Nigeria and Singapore. A Transaction Manager position is available within the Issuer Services (‘Issuer’) business located in Dublin, Ireland. The successful applicant will have Transaction and cash Management responsibilities for the structured finance product. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and manage client transactions through review, negotiation and execution of relevant documentation in relation to structured finance debt issuances.
  • Cash managing a portfolio of structured finance transactions.
  • Act as a focal point for allocated clients 
  • Ensure accurate set up and maintenance of transactions 
  • Ensure appropriate client/account management coverage including annual reviews and KYC renewals
  • Ensure all appropriate approvals are in place prior to deal closure including KYC, deal review, trustee approvals 
  • Participate in deal review as appropriate
  • Ensure billing/legal invoicing is current and accurate
  • Liaise with Operations regarding the implementation of new transactions 
  • Ensure accurate creation, verification and actioning of diary dates for future events derived from relevant documentation
  • Ensure accurate opening, verification, management and closure as appropriate of cash and custody accounts on and offshore
  • Build and develop client relationships
  • Provide support to Sales on new business prospects as required
  • Contribute to audit and control activities
  • Any other duties as required

Qualifications
 
  • Educated to Business degree level or equivalent.
  • Ideally five years’ + of experience in an Issuer
Services environment, banking, transactional, and / or client facing experience

Knowledge/Experience: 
  • The candidate should have good understanding of the Issuer Services business, underlying products, markets / industry, clients and deal execution.
  • Working knowledge of Structured Finance transactions desirable
  • Cash management experience desirable
  • Understanding of transaction documentation, deal execution and  / or legal experience
  • Fiduciary legal experience advantageous.
Skills:
  • Strong transaction management / execution and negotiation skills
  • Excellent client management ability
  • The candidate should possess very strong written
  • and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and disseminate key information
  • contained within complex transaction documents. 
  • Ability to self-start and to learn rapidly.
 Competencies
  • Confident and polished client management skills are a must.
  • Leadership and business management skills are also essential.
  • Ability to assimilate large quantities of data and prioritize tasks and workflow accordingly.
  • A self-starter, able to initiate and execute robust client dialogue.
