Job Description

  • Location:  Chennai, India

Role and Responsibilities:


Business/ Department Objectives:          

  • The team’s objective is to Create remarkable customer experience by providing easy, simple, intuitive products and services, tailored for customer segments and deliver consistently across all markets and channels

Core Responsibilities:   

  • Develop, Test and implement new software programs

  • Develop conversational flows for chatbots

  • Do the necessary data pipelining to using the chat conversations to train the AI Bot

  • Write and execute test scripts to test the chatbot conversational flows

  • Maintain and enhance chatbot platform to support multiple Bot implementations on the same

  • Maintain documentation pertaining to Chatbot Conversational flows, Intents, Platform configurations and best practices

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:      

  • Deploy applications using continuous integration/deployment/develops tools

  • Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability

  • Resolve complex technical design issues by looking at the logs, debugging code and identifying any technical issues/challenges/bugs in the process

  • Possess up-to-date knowledge of technological developments in the industry

  • Communicate effectively to both the internal team and external stakeholders

  • Ability to work/collaborate effectively in a scrum team taking ownership of multiple task

Required

  • Education:        

    • Master/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

  • Experience:       

    • Minimum of 2+ years of experience with Chatbot/NLP technologies such as KORE.ai, Google Dialogflow, AWS Lex or related

    • Minimum of 3+ years of Experience building solutions with current front-end technologies and (CSS3, HTML5, modern JavaScript libraries like Angular or React) and Node.js

    • Minimum of 2+ years of Experience with microservices and REST APIs and deployment on AWS and deep understanding of Cloud Architecture

    • Minimum of 2+ years of  Python Development Experience

    • Strong technical knowledge of AI, BOT, & Cloud technology concepts

    • Strong decision-making and independent thinking

    • Strong Understanding of OOPs Concepts

    • Experience using GIT, Jira, and Confluence

    • Experience with Conversation UI / UX

    • Understanding and demonstrated use of design patterns

    • C12 Role – Total Experience should be  8 to 12 Years

  • Skills:   

    • Chat Bot storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

    • Experience in embedding Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or analytics into a scaled IT development environment

    • Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies/products/trends related to ChatBots and corresponding software solutions

  • Other:  

    • Experience working in an Agile Environment

    • Excellent Written, Communication and facilitation skills
