  • Assume advisory role on Fixed Income cash related ideas; Advice and support marketing/ICs on Fixed Income Portfolio Strategy
  • Promote relevant ideas to marketing/ICs and Maintain coverage responsibility to key direct clients for various opportunities
  • Prepare Rates and Credits market commentary/idea/analysis/new issues, investment topics, related investment proposals and presentations
  • Grow Structured Credit and Rates Products volume to drive business growth with commercial outcomes
  • Liaise with CPB Cross-Asset Solutions team, Risk, Compliance and legal to develop scalable episodic Structured Credit and Rates Products
  • Liaise with Markets Trading, Syndications, Counter-parties; Deliver two-way information flow and provide continuous feedback
  • Execution of Fixed Income related transactions for direct clients; Liaise with Securities Operations and Control departments

  • University graduate. Min 5 years work experience with experience in FI Cash, derivatives and/or structured products
  • Experience in sales role for fixed income products; both cash and derivatives; SFC licensed to advice and deal in securities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse range of people
  • An entrepreneurial mindset to grow revenue and an ability to adapt to rapidly changing market environments
  • Outstanding organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
  • Good spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; Mastering VBA language is a plus
  • Rigorous, autonomous and flexibility in work hours and ability to work under pressure
