An exciting development opportunity is available to cover maternity leave of the current post holder and to continue to shape the End of Life strategy on the Fylde Coast. The successful candidate will hold a Clinical based Post-graduate Degree with current registration with the NMC or HCPC Five years post registration experience of which 3 years’ experience are within specialty at a senior level (at least Band 6 or above). They will also hold a Management/Leadership Qualification or attendance at equivalent Leadership Study Days. They will have evidence of extensive expert professional/clinical knowledge in EOL care.
Consideration will be given to those who may not currently meet all the essential criteria for the EOL lead, but would want to accept the post as a developmental role.
