About the role:
To assist in the testing process for the support, development, integration and maintenance of a range of Information Technology systems that provides health related services for Health Support Queensland and the Hospital and Health Services.
What we are looking for:
Experience in the development of project test plans, test products and test cases within an IM/ICT program/project(s) environment. Ensure user acceptance and records and analyses test results, and reports any unexpected or unsatisfactory outcomes (SFIA Skill: TEST: Level 4)
Demonstrated experience in software and/or technical testing methods and tools with experience in the administration of test management software packages. (SFIA Skill: TEST: Level 4)
Well-developed conceptual, analytical, and problem solving skills and the ability to translate client business requirements into testable business scenarios and associated test cases.
Well developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions. (NHS: Effective and strategic influencing, Collaborative working)
Ability to provide excellent client service in the provision of application support within a best practice information technology management framework.
Ability to gain knowledge across a broad range of information technology solutions, particularly in clinical areas such as pathology, forensic or public health.
