Job Description:
Global Commercial Services (GCS) is a fast growing business within American Express with the key objectives of accelerating growth, increasing profitability, and enhancing product value propositions to meet client needs. The Data, Strategy & Insights (DS&I) India team within GCS is instrumental in driving these objectives by providing actionable data driven insights and consultative solutions to core marketing teams across the globe. The open role is an exciting opportunity to be part of the GCP growth story in a dynamic, intellectually stimulating, open, fun and collaborative environment.
This role will support the US SME Sales organization with their signings and how those get tracked in SFDC. This a project management role requiring to build coordination amongst different teams working towards a common goal of unified experiences to the field sales team. It requires in depth knowledge of the various American express systems used by the sales team in their day to day operations. The challenges they face, the project happening across multiple teams and bringing those together. 
Partnership with Business Partners would be key to success in this role
• Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and partnering skills
• Strong process management orientation with a proven ability to drive results across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced and highly matrixed environment
• Ability to make complex prioritization trade-offs and tactical decisions using sound business judgment, analytical and reasoning skills
• Interest in state of the art analytics and Business Intelligence tools
• Strong relationship management and team orientation; ability to lead and influence others in a cross-functional environment
• Strategic thinker who can partner with key stakeholders to drive the direction of the business

Critical Factors to Success:
Analytical Mindset to drive insights out of data
P&L Mindset and ability to connect dots between various business lines
Exposure to thrird party vendor management will be a plus
 Past Experience:
4 to 5 years of relevant experience in corporate world
Should have dispalyed excellent stakeholder management skills
Academic Background:
Minimum bachelor's degree from a reputed institue
Functional Skills/Capabilities:
Knowledge of GCP and how commercial business works
Good product knowledge - AP Automation
Flexible shift timings in order to support international business
Technical Skills/Capabilities:
Good knowledge of Python, SAS, SQL
Know-how of Amex tools and database
Good knowledge of Cornerstone to extract data related to GCP
