Staff Nurse – Renal Unit (Ref: IRC21465)
Full Time, Fixed term for 2 years – 37.5 hours per week
Substantive, Part-time 21 hours per week
The Renal Unit is open 3 days - Mon/Wed/Fri and occasionally
may be required to work in Renal outpatients clinic
Band 5 - Salary Range £24,670 - £30,742 per annum pro rata
We are looking for a highly motivated registered Nurse with Renal Dialysis experience/interest, who has the confidence and ability to develop the knowledge and skills to work independently within a small team.
We currently have a eight stationed haemodialysis unit, where you will deliver a personalised service to patients undergoing renal replacement therapies. Previous renal experience is desirable, but full training will be given to develop and maintain the required skills to successfully undertake this interesting role .You will also be required to be quite flexible with the shift pattern. A full driving licence is required for this post as support is given to home dialysis patients.
