Citi’s IT Change Management team supports hundreds of thousands of IT changes
each year, enabling Citi to deliver on its business driven priorities. The Change Management Analyst is a key part of the
IT Change Management organization. As a Change Management Analyst, you will execute a technology operations function providing change
governance for IT changes globally.
Working with change management, application, and infrastructure partners
throughout the world, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class
change management experience that enables Citi to continue to be at the
forefront of technology innovation for our customers.
This position gives a great deal of latitude to self
determine organizational and career direction. It is expected that you will demonstrate
competency in the technical discipline and have an operational aptitude to
drive process execution and improvement.

FUNCTIONAL ROLE &
In this role, you
will be responsible for the Change Governance for IT changes globally. Working with peer operational teams, you will
be responsible for quality assurance of changes to the global production
environments across all the Operations and Technology streams at Citi.
The range of IT products supported is very diverse – ranging from
wholesale infrastructure services to consumer banking applications and includes
trading and institutional client applications
You will work closely with global and regional colleagues to ensure
consistent and effective change management processes are implemented and
quality and timely review / approval of change records in accordance with
established policies and standards
with regional peers to ensure process objectives are met
with peer regional teams to ensure OLAs
are being met
guidance and training on service management toolsets and policies to the change
management user community
management reporting including standard and ad-hoc reporting, analysis of
trends, and management recommendations
productivity, identify candidates for standard and same-day changes
· Participate and contribute to any process and toolset enhancement activities both regionally and globally and contribute to UAT testing and post implementation support when required

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL PREFERENCES
experience working in IT Change Management
years of working experience in IT Service Management / IT Service Assurance
Previous experience of continual
process and service improvement/analytical thinking
working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Foundation Certified (DESIRABLE, NOT REQUIRED)
Intermediate certification, preferably Service Transition and Operation
(DESIRABLE, NOT REQUIRED)
Management certification (DESIRABLE, NOT
Prior experience in financial services (DESIRABLE, NOT REQUIRED)
