The IT Project Intermediate Analyst is accountable to manage the informational needs of the organization improve project management processes and provide governance oversight. The role is an individual contributor.
The Officer provides in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions Communication reporting governance and team interaction are also part of this role.
Your objective will be to ensure that organizational functions and processes are efficient effective and provide value to clients.
•Collect analyze summarize information and trends provide recommendations
•Summarize project and portfolio information and present to Senior Management
•Prepare and submit book of work and scorecard; ensure data quality
•Partner with other team members to achieve organizational objectives
•Utilize critical thinking skills to automate and streamline functions and processes
•Engage in CTI governance activities to ensure adherence to procedures and improvement of data quality
•Prioritize and juggle multiple deliverables
•Complete all tasks in connection with the organization’s activity but not detailed in current job description charged by the direct manager supervisor or the functional head
•3 - 5 yearsexperience with data analysis; including statistical analysis
•Analyzing and manipulating data identifying data gaps and trends investigating and providing solutions
•Proven ability to lead process improvements from concept to implementation phases
•Experience working with virtual teams and working remotely
•Experience working in a medium to large-scale corporation is an advantage
•Highly developed analytical skills
•Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
•Critical thinker with problem solving capability
•Strong workload management skills
