Candidate will be expected to help lead the transition of the Singapore merchant business to Wirecard over the next two years. This is an extensive project which will have cross functional implications including systems, processes, legal, compliance, AML, reconciliation, finance, tech infrastructure etc.

The Project Manager will

·       Need to already have or gain a deep understanding of the Singapore merchant acquiring business very quickly.

·       Learn the various methods currently used to process transactions including ecommerce, file uploads, point of sale transactions and other custom arrangements we have.

·       Be the central point of contact for both internal and external discussions including:

o   Working with Citi tech to define requirements for the transition and oversee their implementation

o   Negotiating with the buyer on go to processes as the business gets transitioned, what Citi will be able to support and what we will not be able to support.

o   Work with internal stakeholders like recon and finance on any challenges related to financial reconciliation

o   Work with stakeholders like legal and compliance on the legal and regulatory issues that come up during the course of this transition

·       Be responsible for troubleshooting – we expect there to be many challenges in this transition and the candidate will need to solve emergency issues that come up.

·       Assist in any queries that come up during internal audits or other regulatory questions.



Qualifications
 8-10 years of relevant experience within banking and finance industry
