A exciting opportunity has arisenfor an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work within the established Neonatal Community Nursing Team at the Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby. This is a permanent position for 22 hours a week. The Neonatal Community Nursing Team provide care and support for neonatal infants and families across North East Lincolnshire, the Lincolnshire coast and northern Lincolnshire

You must have a experience of working on a neonatal ward and have an appropriate neonatal qualification. Experience of working in the community would also be an advantage

You must be confident that you have the knowledge, skills and competence to work with neonatal infants within a community setting: working independently; managing your time; and working autonomously to provide holistic care to neonatal infants and support for parents and families. You will be expected to facilitate parental support groups as well as provide individual care to neonatal infants and their parents in their homes.

The team is committed to improving and developing the care it offers to neonatal infants and their families and are open to innovative ideas to progress the service to match the changing needs of the infants and families and the NHS.
