Key Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver independent high-level Physiotherapy clinical practice with infrequent need for direct clinical practice supervision. Exercise professional judgement to a complex caseload, adapting routine clinical practice based on valid and reliable evidence.
  • Undertake clinical governance activities, such as the development of clinical practices and guidelines that support the continuum of care.
  • Provide clinical advice and education to professional and operational teams, relevant service managers and other stakeholders regarding service delivery, utilising high level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Provide clinical practice supervision to less experienced Physiotherapy practitioners, and students, to ensure the maintenance of professional clinical standards within the Physiotherapy service, providing Performance Appraisal and Development Plans (PAD), as delegated.

Remuneration value up to $52,466 p.a., comprising salary rates: $53.88 - $57.97 p.h.,  employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HPa) (part time position available, 30.4 hrs p.f.).
