In this role you will be responsible for coordination of compliance Checks and ensure that all Engineering Quality Assurance and Training documentation & records are controlled and up-to-date. Ensure all procedures and procedural updates of Engineering are disseminated to all Workshop Engineering staff in a timely manner.
You will also be responsible to Reviews, consolidate and execute inspection reports prepared by Workshop Quality and Compliance Inspectors. Analyse and provide the solution proposals submitted based on report by QA Inspectors before presenting to QA Officer.
Maintain records of distributions and documentation in Engineering Share Point. Upload all documentation (including but not limited to Technical Bulletins, SOPs, and OEM Manuals electronically, to provide visibility to all Engineering staff.
To be suitable for this role you must possess High school graduation with 5 years of job-related experience OR Vocational/Diploma or Associate Degree or equivalent with minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
An apprenticeship in Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in one of the following Engineering fields (Mechanical, Electrical or Automobile), Mechanical/Electrical/Hydraulic/Pneumatic Troubleshooting and Overhauling and any Qualification in Quality Management System or Safety Management System with be an added advantage.
You should be proficient in MS Office, Proficiency in English language, evaluation and reporting skills along with Working knowledge of quality assurance system, methods and procedures. Being proactive, work under high pressure and can work in shifts. Work as a team player always strengthening the team spirit.
