COVERING INTERNAL SECONDMENT
We are seeking a registered mental health nurse to assist with the delivery of alcohol and drug services in the Helensburgh and Lomond area based in Helensburgh. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic practitioner who is able to work as part of a cohesive multi-agency team.
You should possess good clinical knowledge with evidence of continuing professional development and be able to demonstrate a wide range of clinical skills including the ability to offer interventions, harm reduction advice and deliver safe, effective care to a diverse client population. You should possess good interpersonal skills and a commitment to joint working. You will either already be qualified and registered with the NMC as a non medical prescriber or be willing to undertake this training. Significant post registration experience is required as well as relevant experience in the drug and alcohol field.
