About Your Job:

You will be responsible to provide a range of technical and logistical support to the Line Manager as well as the whole section. Manage and evaluate technical requests from within the department and ensure all are within corporate guidelines. Effectively support the preparation of analytical reports and handles special projects related to the activities of the section.

Key Accountabilities include:


  • Manage and control Supplier Quality inspection reports, audits, and commitment letters ensuring records are updated in a timely manner.
  • Provide quality deviation, escapements, and non-conformance data analysis on existing reports to ensure areas of Improvements In inspections are identified.

  • Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to be presented to Supplier Quality management with focus on supplier quality scores.

  • Review non-conformances and deviations of supplier products ensuring contractual agreements are met, and propose solution to mitigate the condition.

  • Gather data and coordinate internally with responsible technical sections all Cabin Interior and In-Flight Entertainment systems' quality issues to create performance analysis of newly installed products. Draft Quality Criteria Document for selected suppliers as a guidance of quality inspection.

  • Manage supplier’s Inspection schedule commitments ensuring Supplier Quality resources are available to support the demand.

  • Responsible for transcribing any corporate strategies from management and finalizing draft documents.

  • Proofread technical documentation, instruction manuals and services manuals relating to the implementation of new process I criteria's to ensure accuracy.

  • Provide risk analysis based on collected inspection data during supplier selection for the participants of Initial Technical Coordination Meeting, Critical Design Review, MOCK UP Reviews, First Article Inspection review.

  • Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you must hold relevant college or university qualification to minimum bachelors level. You should minimum 4 years of relevant experience. You should have practical experience in a fast moving, multi-task environment. We prefer candidates knowledgeable in Aircraft Interior and IFE systems.

You should have proven commercial skills and business acumen. You should strong decision making and problem solving skills. You should have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. You should highly computer literate in MS Office.
