An exciting opportunity has arisen for the recruitment of a Senior Community Nurse within an integrated Central West Neighbourhood Team in Blackpool. This appealing role will enable the successful person to support the integrated leadership and management of staff and the caseload within the community to meet the needs of the population.
We are looking for the successful candidate to be able to:
Interested applicants will need to be registered nurses who have relevant nursing qualifications to degree level, specialist post registration education and leadership training or equivalent experience.
The post holder will need to have good communication skills both written and verbal, have evidence of ongoing professional development and be able to work independently.
