Programmed Care is the community and in home direct care division of Programmed Health Professionals (PHP). A Cert III Home Support Worker aims to improve health outcomes and assist clients to remain living at home, by providing safe, responsive and cost efficient care.

A Cert III Home Support Worker will assist the care team by following the documented care plan in consultation with their direct supervisor and providing feedback of any concerns or issues related to the wellbeing of the client.

This may include domestic duties and other personal care duties as required.

Reporting to the Clinical Nurse who will support you during your work across the community care sector, you will be focus on:

  • Customer Service
  • Domestic Assistance
  • Personal Care
  • Respite Care

You will have:

  • A customer focussed approach to work
  • Current Cert III Aged Care or Community Care (with experience)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Your own vehicle (we will reimburse kms)
  • Current drivers licence, car registration and insurance
  • Current policy clearance certificate/bluecare
  • Access to personal computer/email/printer
