Our client is a leading organization for software solutions and 3D printing services.
In your role, you will be the responsible Sales Manager in the DACH region.
- develop and keep professional business relationships with the customers by considering the overall business strategy and by coaching a team - Development of the sales and marketing team within your region - Strong interaction and training of your sales team - Responsibility for the profit and losses for the medical business within your region - Manager of the sales team which consists of marketing experters, software engineers and KAM's - Manage your team to acquire new customers in your region (70%), work on your own sales targets and projects (30%) - Identify the needs of your customers and satisfy those needs through collaborating with the commercial/service team - Train the sales team as well as keep track of their progress to reach their targets - Leadership of the sales team in line with the company culture
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Biomedicine, Computer Science - 3+ years of experience in managing small teams - 3+ years of experience in sales within a medical environment - Experience in sales of software is an advantage - Leadership experience - strong communication skills in German and English
